Today I’d like to show you a couple of photos that I’ve taken from our living room. I don’t think we have the most exciting view but it’s not to shabby either.
I’ve had cats for many years and love them but dogs are nice as well*. I think that I could have ended up with a dog if it hadn’t been for all the walks and the fact that they aren’t as independent as cats. The cutie below is a Rhodesian ridgeback, one of my favorite races. The characteristic ridge on the back which has given these dogs their name isn’t visible here but the face is more than enough to make up for that fact.
*Except for poodles. They are utterly unreliable and pure evil! But then again, who doesn’t dislike them?;)
The beaches of the northern part of Jutland are never crowded, not even in the middle of the summer. It’s not because they are anything but great or beautiful. No, it’s simply because there are so much of them around. At winter there is even less going on here but there are still a few brave souls that defy the harshness of the cold winter winds.
You know that you’re in for a rough and long day when it starts off with the incredibly hard decision whether to put this picture in the “people” or the “animal” category. After some consideration I chose the first one and I’ll leave it to future historians to decide if I was right or wrong.
